当曝气机无水花时首先检查是否送电，有时现场操作人员往往忽略了这一点，看到曝气机没水花，误以为是曝气机坏了。启动曝气机是在控制室内由生产操作人员远程操作控制的，启动曝气机前生产操作人员需要和电气人员沟通，要求送电。

如果已正常送电，仍没有水花，就要检查空气阀是否打开，阀门是否有故障，如果阀门已在打开标记位置，仍没有气泡，可能是阀板与阀杆已脱落，如检查阀板没有脱落，那就需要考虑鼓风机和风管的问题了。
If the power supply is normal, there is still no floral, check whether the valve is open, the valve has trouble, if the valve has already opened the mark position, there is still no bubble, may be the valve plate and valve stem has fallen off, such as check valve plate did not fall off, that need to consider the problem of blower and wind pipe.
如果鼓风机有故障，必然会使得同时与鼓风机并联的曝气机出现相同的故障现象。例如，曝气池内同时工作的曝气机中，发现有1 台曝气机工作无气泡冒出，其他的曝气机正常工作。吊起这台曝气机检查，发现是风管打折造成。当看到池面有气泡冒出但污水没有对流现象时，就是曝气机有故障了。因为叶轮不转，污水就不能对流。

在多年的观察和维修中工作人员发现，如果曝气机电机没有故障，则可能是减速机设备故障。减速机常见的问题有：（1） 减速机轴承损坏。拆开减速机会发现轴承损坏，传动失效。（2） 曝气机的机械密封故障。曝气机的机械密封故障有下面3 种情况：机械密封静环磨损漏油、机械密封动环损坏漏油、机械密封面崩裂漏油。

There are 3 cases of mechanical seal failure of aerator: mechanical seal static ring wear oil leakage, mechanical seal dynamic ring damage oil leakage, mechanical seal surface cracking, oil leakage.
